以微课为基础的翻转课堂在急危重症护理教学中的应用

摘要

目的 分析急危重症护理教学中开展以微课为基础的翻转课堂的效果。方法 抽取在我院参与实习的共92名学生开展分组研究,并按照教学方法差别进行分组。其中实施传统教学模式的46名学生归入对照组,另实施以微课为基础的翻转课堂的46名学生归入观察组。对两组进行综合评估。结果 观察组各个指标情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 急危重症护理教学中开展以微课为基础的翻转课堂,可明显提升学生理论知识和实践技能掌握程度,改进教学效果,对教学方法满意度更高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of micro-class-based flipped classroom in the teaching of acute and critical care nursing.
Methods A total of 92 students who participated in the practice in our hospital were selected and grouped according to the difference of teaching methods. Among them, 46 students who implemented the traditional teaching mode were assigned to the control group, and 46 students who implemented the flipped classroom based on micro lessons were assigned to the observation group. The two groups were evaluated comprehensively.
Results All the indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The flipped classroom based on micro lesson can significantly improve students' grasp of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, improve teaching effect, and increase their satisfaction with teaching methods.
