全程优质护理在食管癌患者围术期的应用效果

摘要

目的 探讨分析全程优质护理在食管癌患者围术期的应用效果。方法 2022年06月-2023年07月是选择病例接受临床治疗时间段，对应病例选择措施随机电脑程序抽选，选择疾病类型为接受治疗的164例食管癌我院患者，以不同组别参与研究，划分标准为不同干预方式，对照组与观察组，各82例，接受常规护理干预的为对照组，接受全程优质护理干预的为观察组，对研究完成后结果进行比较与分析。结果 干预前心理状态未见差异（P＞0.05），干预后SAS与SDS评分相比均更低的为观察组（P＜0.05）。肛门排气、排便以及住院时间相比均更低的为观察组（P＜0.05）。结论 食管癌患者接受全程优质护理干预，能够获得更为理想的围术期康复效果，患者拥有了更加稳定的情绪状态。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing throughout the entire process in the perioperative period of esophageal cancer patients.
Methods From June 2022 to July 2023, a period of clinical treatment was selected for the selected cases. The corresponding case selection measures were randomly selected using a computer program. 164 patients with esophageal cancer who received treatment were selected as the disease type. Different groups participated in the study and were divided into different intervention methods. There were 82 cases in the control group and 82 cases in the observation group, with the control group receiving routine nursing intervention and the observation group receiving high-quality nursing intervention throughout the process, Compare and analyze the results after the research is completed.
Results There was no significant difference in psychological status before intervention (P>0.05), and the observation group had lower SAS and SDS scores after intervention (P<0.05). The observation group had lower anal exhaust, defecation, and hospital stay compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Patients with esophageal cancer who receive high-quality nursing interventions throughout the process can achieve more ideal perioperative rehabilitation results, and they have a more stable emotional state.
