以团队为基础的教学模式在急重症护理教学中的应用分析

摘要

目的 分析急重症护理教学中采取以团队为基础的教学模式的效果。方法 抽取2022年1月-2023年1月期间100名急重症护理学生为研究对象。按照教学方法的不同进行分组,其中采取常规教学法为参考组,采取以团队为基础的教学模式为实验组,每组50名。以理论、考试成绩、自我导向学习能力、评判性思维及教学满意度评价两组教学效果。结果 理论、考试成绩对比显示,实验组显高(P<0.05)。自我导向学习能力、评判性思维评分对比显示,实验组显高(P<0.05)。教学满意度对比显示,实验组教学满意度为98.00%,参考组教学满意度为82.00%,可见实验组显高(P<0.05)。结论 急重症护理教学中采取以团队为基础的教学模式效果显著,能够提高急重症护理学生的理论、考试成绩,且提升其自我导向学习能力、评判性思维,为此学生较为满意。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of adopting a team based teaching model in emergency and critical care teaching.
Methods 100 emergency and critical care students from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects. Group according to different teaching methods, with conventional teaching methods as the reference group and team based teaching mode as the experimental group, with 50 students in each group. Evaluate the teaching effectiveness of two groups based on theory, exam scores, self-directed learning ability, critical thinking, and teaching satisfaction.
Results The comparison of theoretical and exam scores showed that the experimental group showed significantly higher scores (P<0.05). The comparison of scores for self-directed learning ability and critical thinking showed that the experimental group had a significantly higher score (P<0.05). The comparison of teaching satisfaction shows that the experimental group has a teaching satisfaction rate of 98.00%, while the reference group has a teaching satisfaction rate of 82.00%, indicating a significant increase in the experimental group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Adopting a team based teaching model in emergency and critical care teaching has a significant effect, which can improve the theoretical and exam scores of emergency and critical care students, as well as enhance their self-directed learning ability and critical thinking. Therefore, students are more satisfied with this.
