健康教育在盆腔炎护理中的价值

摘要

目的 以提高盆腔炎护理水平为研究目标,在临床护理中强化健康教育,明确其对盆腔炎患者的影响。方法 以2023.01-12时间段中于院内接受诊疗的盆腔炎患者为分析对象,共计71例,按照诊疗先后顺序设置成对照组(37例)、观察组(34例),分别以常规手段、常规手段+强化健康宣教实施两组护理干预,对干预情况进行分析。结果 疾病健康知识掌握程度评分、自护能力评分、自我效能评分方面,两组相比,护理前无显著差异(P>0.05),护理后观察组各项值更高(P<0.05)。遵医行为评分方面,两组相比,观察组各项值更高(P<0.05)。满意评分方面,两组相比,观察组各项值更高(P<0.05)。结论 在临床护理中强化健康宣教,能够对盆腔炎患者产生积极影响,有利于丰富其疾病健康知识,增强自护能力及自我效能,改善遵医行为,提高患者对护理方案满意度。

Abstract

Objective To improve the nursing level of pelvic inflammatory disease as the research objective, strengthen health education in clinical nursing, and clarify its impact on patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.
Methods A total of 71 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease who received diagnosis and treatment in hospital during the period of 2023.01-12 were analyzed, and they were divided into control group (37 cases) and observation group (34 cases) according to the order of diagnosis and treatment. Two groups of nursing intervention were implemented by conventional means, conventional means + intensive health education, and the intervention situation was analyzed.
Results Compared with the two groups, there were no significant differences in the score of health knowledge mastery, self-care ability and self-efficacy before nursing (P>0.05), while the values in the observation group after nursing were higher (P<0.05). The scores of compliance behavior were higher in the observation group than in the two groups (P<0.05). Satisfaction scores were higher in the observation group than in the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Strengthening health education in clinical nursing can have a positive impact on patients with pelvic inflammatory disease, enrich their health knowledge, enhance self-care ability and self-efficacy, improve compliance behavior, and improve patients' satisfaction with nursing programs.
