摘要

近些年，我国人们生活模式的变化，引出胃癌的出现率逐步增加，病症机理是患者自身的胃部黏膜有肿瘤现象，且胃癌是恶性肿瘤的一种形式。针对晚期胃癌患者而言，要想增加患者生存时间，应及时开展化疗干预，控制病情进一步发展。然而患者在接受相应化疗治疗的过程中会出现一系列并发症，有恶心呕吐、食欲降低、身体消瘦等，严重降低了患者生活质量，对此对应的护理工作也非常重要。循证护理工作模式对晚期胃癌化疗患者的开展，能够提供以最新、最可靠、最有效的科学证据为基础的护理服务，对于患者心理状态的改善、提高治疗依从性具有重要的意义。

Abstract

In recent years, the change of people's living pattern in our country, leads to the increasing occurrence rate of gastric cancer. Disease mechanism is that the patient's own stomach mucosa has tumor phenomenon, and gastric cancer is a malignant tumor form. For advanced gastric cancer patients, in order to increase the survival time of patients, chemotherapy intervention should be carried out in time to control the further development of the disease. However, patients will have a series of complications in the process of receiving corresponding chemotherapy treatment, including nausea and vomiting, decreased appetite, body wasting, etc., which seriously reduces the quality of life of patients, and the corresponding nursing work is also very important. Evidence-based nursing work mode can provide nursing services based on the latest, most reliable and effective scientific evidence for patients with advanced gastric cancer chemotherapy, which is of great significance for improving patients' psychological state and improving treatment compliance.
