责任制护理对冠心病患者护理质量及病情康复的影响效果分析

摘要

目的 探析为冠心病患者实施责任制护理服务对提升护理质量和改善其临床症状起到的效果以及作用。方法 本次实验时间为2022年5月至2023年5月，随机选择该时间段在本院收治的60例冠心病患者为观察对象。为了保障本次实验具有科学性，按照奇偶数法将选择的60例观察对象分为对照组和观察组，前者实施常规护理，后者实施责任制护理，护理后对两组患者护理质量以及病情康复情况实施分析，通过分析了解不同护理方式的效果以及作用。结果 通过实验结果可以得知，实施循证护理服务的观察组护理质量评分高于对照组，观察组患者SAQ评分优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 为冠心病患者实施责任制护理服务能够在从细致、优质护理实施中改善患者临床症状，也能从不良反应发生率降低中实现患者身体的快速康复，所以值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of implementing responsible nursing services for patients with coronary heart disease on improving the quality of care and improving their clinical symptoms.
Methods This experiment was conducted from May 2022 to May 2023, and 60 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital during this period were randomly selected as observation subjects. In order to ensure the scientific nature of this experiment, the 60 selected observation subjects were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the odd-even number method. The former implemented routine care, and the latter implemented responsible care. After care, the nursing quality and condition of the two groups of patients were evaluated. Carry out analysis on the rehabilitation situation and understand the effects and functions of different nursing methods through analysis.
Results From the experimental results, it can be known that the nursing quality score of the observation group implementing evidence-based nursing services was higher than that of the control group, and the SAQ score of patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of responsible nursing services for patients with coronary heart disease can improve the clinical symptoms of patients through the implementation of meticulous and high-quality care, and can also achieve rapid recovery of patients by reducing the incidence of adverse reactions, so it is worthy of promotion.
