加温加湿暖箱应用在新生儿护理中的作用分析

摘要

目的 探讨新生儿护理中采取加温加湿暖箱的应用效果。方法 抽取2023年1月-2023年12月期间入院的62例新生儿为本次研究对象,按照随机抽签法将上述对象进行分组,即为参考组、实验组。其中前者采取常规暖箱,后者采取加温加湿暖箱,每组31例。对比两组暖箱内温湿度、新生儿睡眠时间、日均增加体重。结果 暖箱内温湿度对比显示,两组温度对比差异小(P>0.05),实验组湿度显高(P<0.05)。新生儿睡眠时间、日均增加体重及出暖箱时间对比显示,实验组新生儿睡眠时间、日均增加体重显高(P<0.05),实验组出暖箱时间显短(P<0.05)。结论 新生儿护理中采取加温加湿暖箱,能够提升暖箱的适度,对新生儿的睡眠情况、日均增加体重起到改善效果。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of using heating and humidifying warm boxes in neonatal care.
Methods 62 newborns admitted between January 2023 and December 2023 were selected as the study subjects. The above subjects were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random drawing method. The former adopts a conventional warm box, while the latter adopts a heated and humidified warm box, with 31 cases in each group. Compare the temperature and humidity inside the warm box, newborn sleep time, and daily weight gain between two groups.
Results The comparison of temperature and humidity inside the heating box showed that the difference in temperature between the two groups was small (P>0.05), while the humidity in the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05). The comparison of newborn sleep time, daily weight gain, and warm-up time showed that the experimental group had significantly higher sleep time and daily weight gain (P<0.05), while the experimental group had significantly shorter warm-up time (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Adopting a warm and humid incubator in neonatal care can improve the moderation of the incubator and improve the sleep and daily weight gain of newborns.
