循证理念在危重症护理教学中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探究在开展危重症护理教学的过程中按照循证理念进行教学的效果。方法 在2022年5月至2023年6月实习同学中选择78名,划分为2个班级,各39名。常规方式进行教学作为对照组,另一班级则按照循证理念开展教学作为观察组。对比教学效果。结果 对比两组实习同学理论知识掌握以及实践操作能力评分,教学前无差异,教学后观察组均高于对照组,P<0.05。对比教学满意度,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。教学效果评价,观察组各维度评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 在进行危重症护理教学的过程中按照循证理念开展教学,可以帮助实习同学对该方面理论知识以及实践操作能力提升,并增加教学满意度,保障综合教学效果。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based teaching in the process of critical care teaching.
Methods 78 interns were selected from May 2022 to June 2023 and divided into 2 classes with 39 students each. The control group was taught in the conventional way, and the other class was taught according to the evidence-based concept as the observation group. Compare the teaching effect.
Results The scores of theoretical knowledge mastery and practical operation ability of the two groups were compared. There was no difference before teaching, and the observation group was higher than the control group after teaching, P<0.05. Comparing teaching satisfaction, the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). In the evaluation of teaching effect, the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Teaching according to the evidence-based concept in the process of critical care nursing teaching can help intern students to improve their theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability, increase teaching satisfaction, and guarantee the comprehensive teaching effect.
