Effect of oral nursing intervention on nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus combined with oral diseases
口腔护理干预对老年糖尿病合并口腔疾病患者护理满意度的影响

摘要

目的 为达到提高老年糖尿病合并口腔疾病患者满意度的目的，本文着重探讨了口腔护理干预的实际效用价值。方法 研究中共选取108例老年糖尿病患者，均合并口腔疾病，采取摇号方式根据护理模式的区别进行分组，沿用常规护理的对照组与实施口腔护理干预手段的观察组各54例患者，对两组临床应用效果展开深入评价比较。结果 经相关数据表明，观察组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；与此同时干预前两组患者PG、2HPG以及HbALc等血糖指标水平呈现出（P＞0.05）表明无统计学意义，但护理干预后观察组各指标水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；并且相比对照组，观察组对护理工作满意度较高。结论 对于老年糖尿病合并口腔疾病患者而言，实施口腔护理干预手段不仅可以有效改善患者血糖指标水平，更能够切实改善患者口腔疾病相关症状，整体治疗效果较优，患者对护理满意度较高。

Abstract

Objective In order to improve the satisfaction of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus combined with oral diseases, this paper focuses on the practical value of oral nursing intervention.
Methods A total of 108 elderly patients with diabetes, all with oral diseases, were divided into groups according to the difference of nursing mode by lottery, 54 patients in the control group with conventional nursing and the observation group with oral nursing intervention, and the clinical application effect of the two groups was evaluated and compared.
Results The relevant data showed that the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). At the same time, the levels of PG, 2HPG, HbALc and other blood glucose indexes in the two groups before intervention showed no statistical significance (P > 0.05), but after nursing intervention, the levels of all indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher satisfaction with nursing work.
Conclusion   For elderly patients with diabetes mellitus combined with oral diseases, the implementation of oral nursing intervention can not only effectively improve the blood glucose index level of patients, but also effectively improve the related symptoms of oral diseases of patients, the overall treatment effect is better, and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing.
