揿针围刺技术联合中医情志护理在带状疱疹患者中的应用

摘要

目的 分析带状疱疹患者接受揿针围刺技术联合中医情志护理的效果。方法 纳入本院确诊医治带状疱疹患者共110例，时段2022年3月至2023年3月。参照数字随机表法全体患者划分两组，对照组纳入55例提供常规西医治疗，观察组纳入55例在此基础上提供揿针围刺技术联合中医情志护理。从两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、情绪状态进行综合评估。结果 临床治疗效果比较，观察组总有效率相较对照组提高更明显（P＜0.05）。疼痛程度对比，观察组治疗后视觉模拟评分（VAS）相较对照组下降更明显（P＜0.05）。情绪状态对比，观察组干预后汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）相较对照组下降更明显（P＜0.05）。结论 带状疱疹患者接受揿针围刺技术联合中医情志护理可明显提高临床疗效，缓解疼痛感受，改善负面情绪状态。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with emotional nursing in patients with herpes zoster.
Methods A total of 110 patients with confirmed shingles were included in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023. All the patients were divided into two groups according to the digital random table method. The control group included 55 cases to provide conventional western medicine treatment, and the observation group included 55 cases to provide acupuncture and acupuncture techniques combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on this basis. The clinical efficacy, pain degree and emotional state of the two groups were evaluated comprehensively.
Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly improved (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the visual analogue score (VAS) of the observation group was significantly decreased after treatment (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the Hamilton Anxiety scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) in the observation group decreased more significantly after intervention (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   In patients with herpes zoster, the combination of acupuncture and traditional Chinese emotional nursing can significantly improve clinical efficacy, relieve pain and improve negative emotional state.
