Discussion on the application effect of high-quality nursing in patients with chronic suppurative otitis media
优质护理在慢性化脓性中耳炎患者中的应用效果探讨

摘要

目的 优质护理干预作用于慢性化脓性中耳炎患者的意义。方法 60例经过检查后诊断为慢性化脓性中耳炎的患者，样本提取时间为样2022年1月至2023年2月，采取随机分组的方式将以上患者分为对照和观察组，分别给予患者一般护理和优质护理，对比不同护理模式下患者的治疗情况以及术后的恢复状况。结果 观察组总有效率为96.67%，稍高于对照组的90.00%；观察组的切口愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组，疼痛程度轻于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组和对照组的并发症发生率分别为3.33%及26.67%。结论 优质护理应用于慢性化脓性中耳炎患者时能够使得患者获得更加细致周到的护理服务，对于改善患者预后具有重要意义。

Abstract

Objective The significance of high-quality nursing intervention on patients with chronic suppurative otitis media.
Methods Sixty patients with chronic suppurative otitis media diagnosed after examination were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group from January 2022 to February 2023. General care and high-quality care were given to the patients, and the treatment and postoperative recovery status of patients under different nursing modes were compared.
Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, slightly higher than 90.00% of the control group; The incision healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the degree of pain was lighter than that of the control group (P<0.05); The incidence rates of complications in the observation group and the control group were 3.33% and 26.67%, respectively.
Conclusion   When high-quality nursing is applied to patients with chronic suppurative otitis media, it can enable them to receive more detailed and thoughtful nursing services, which is of great significance for improving patient prognosis.
