Study and analysis on the hidden danger of nursing in medical oncology
对肿瘤内科护理安全隐患的研究与分析

摘要

目的 探究对肿瘤内科护理安全隐患以及其安全改进措施。方法 对2021年3~11月间（实施改进前）和2022年3~11月间（实施改进后）间在本院肿瘤内科住院治疗的患者进行研究。对照组采用常规护理，分析其存在的安全隐患，观察组针对安全应对对策完善护理措施。评估实施改进前后对护理人员的护理质量,对护理人员满意度。结果 通过实施一系列的护理安全对策和改进措施，观察组的护理质量相关评分明显高于对照组，差异显著（P<0.001）。改进后的护理措施显著提高了患者总体满意度，从82.00%提高到98.00%（P<0.05）。结论 通过实施一系列的护理安全对策和改进措施，肿瘤内科护理的安全性和质量得到了显著提高。

Abstract

Objective To explore the potential safety hazards of medical oncology nursing and its safety improvement measures.
Methods The patients admitted to the Department of Oncology in our hospital between March and November 2021 (before implementation of the improvement) and March and November 2022 (after implementation of the improvement) were studied. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the hidden safety risks were analyzed. The observation group improved the nursing measures according to the safety countermeasures. Evaluate the quality of nursing and the satisfaction of nursing staff before and after implementation of improvement.
Results After implementing a series of nursing safety countermeasures and improvement measures, the nursing quality related score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.001). The improved nursing measures significantly increased the overall satisfaction of patients, from 82.00% to 98.00% (P<0.05).
Conclusion   By implementing a series of nursing safety countermeasures and improvement measures, the safety and quality of medical oncology nursing have been significantly improved.
