踝关节骨折是一种常见的创伤性骨折，手术治疗是常用的治疗方法。本研究旨在评估踝关节骨折术后康复护理的进展。通过对相关文献进行检索和分析，发现术后康复护理在踝关节骨折患者的康复过程中起着重要的作用。康复护理包括早期康复、中期康复和晚期康复三个阶段。早期康复主要包括疼痛控制、血流恢复、功能锻炼等，以促进骨折愈合和恢复关节功能。中期康复主要包括肌肉力量训练、平衡训练、步态训练等，以恢复肌肉功能和步行能力。晚期康复主要包括功能训练、运动康复等，以提高患者的生活质量和运动能力。此外，康复护理还应注意心理支持和教育，以帮助患者积极应对康复过程中的困难和挑战。

Abstract

Ankle fracture is a common traumatic fracture, and surgical treatment is a common treatment method. The aim of this study was to evaluate the progress of rehabilitation care after ankle fracture. Through the search and analysis of relevant literature, it is found that postoperative rehabilitation nursing plays an important role in the rehabilitation of patients with ankle fracture. Rehabilitation nursing includes three stages: early rehabilitation, middle rehabilitation and late rehabilitation. Early rehabilitation mainly includes pain control, blood flow recovery, functional exercise, etc., to promote fracture healing and restore joint function. Intermediate rehabilitation mainly includes muscle strength training, balance training, gait training, etc., in order to restore muscle function and walking ability. Late rehabilitation mainly includes functional training and exercise rehabilitation to improve the quality of life and exercise ability of patients. In addition, rehabilitation nursing should also pay attention to psychological support and education to help patients actively cope with difficulties and challenges in the rehabilitation process.
