摘要
现阶段我国已经进入老龄化社会,给医院护工管理带来了一定考验,建立和完善护工相关制度、管理、培训、绩效、晋升等措施是提高护工队伍成长的关键。本文重点阐述护工发展现状、医院护工管理中存在的问题,提出改善对策,从而提高护理服务质量。

Abstract
At present, China has entered an aging society, which has brought some challenges to the management of nursing workers in hospitals. Establishing and improving the system, management, training, performance, promotion and other measures of nursing workers are the key to improve the growth of nursing workers. This paper focuses on the development status of nursing workers, the problems existing in the management of nursing workers in hospitals, and puts forward countermeasures to improve the quality of nursing services.
