PBL教学模式在胃肠外科肠造口护理教学中的价值

摘要

目的 通过实验分析对胃肠外科肠造口实习护生的护理教学当中应用PBL教学模式对于最终教学效果的影响。方法 在2021年7月~2022年7月期间,选取62名胃肠外科的实习护生参与本次两组对照实验。对所有实习护生进行以随机性为原则的分组,分配到实验组与对照组当中的人数均为31人。对两组实习护生采用不同的护理教学方法,分别为PBL教学法和传统教学法,并在护理教学结束后展开相应考核,调查护生对于教学内容的满意程度,通过最终得分和满意度以及学生的综合能力对两种方法进行讨论。结果 实验结束后,实验组的实习护生所得专业知识平均成绩为94.37±9.42分,实际操作考核平均成绩为93.77±10.53分,教学满意度高达96.77%,分析学生的综合能力,带教前在知识掌握、沟通技能、临床思维以及知识转化率上无明显差异,p>0.05,带教后,实验组学生的知识掌握、沟通技术、临床思维 以及知识转化率上明显优于对照组。以上数据对比所得p值均达到小于0.05标准。结论 在胃肠外科肠造口护理教学当中应用PBL教学模式,可以有效提高护生的专业知识掌握度和实操能力,并且实习护生对于教学的满意度更高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of PBL teaching mode on the final teaching effect of enterostomy practice nursing students in gastrointestinal surgery through experiments.
Methods From July 2021 to July 2022, 62 nursing students in gastrointestinal surgery were selected to participate in the two groups of control experiment. All practice nursing students were grouped on the principle of randomness, and the number of people assigned to the experimental group and the control group was 31. Different nursing teaching methods, namely PBL teaching method and traditional teaching method, were adopted for the two groups of practicing nursing students, and corresponding assessment was carried out after the nursing teaching to investigate the nursing students' satisfaction with the teaching content, and the two methods were discussed through the final score and satisfaction as well as the comprehensive ability of the students.
Results After the end of the experiment, the average score of the trainee nursing students in the experimental group was 94.37±9.42 points in professional knowledge and 93.77±10.53 points in practical test, and the teaching satisfaction was as high as 96.77%. After analyzing the comprehensive ability of the students, there was no significant difference in knowledge mastery, communication skills, clinical thinking and knowledge conversion rate before teaching. p>0.05. After teaching, the knowledge mastery, communication skills, clinical thinking and knowledge conversion rate of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group. Compared with the above data, all the P-values reached the standard of less than 0.05.
Conclusion   The application of PBL teaching mode in the teaching of enterostomy nursing in gastrointestinal surgery can effectively improve the professional knowledge and practical ability of nursing students, and the trainee nursing students have higher satisfaction with teaching.
