腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术护理探讨

摘要

目的 本文将对腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术的护理方式进行探讨，从而改善患者预后。方法 抽取本院收治的56例食管裂孔疝患者为研究对象，时间截取为2022年1月-2023年1月，根据患者自愿分常规组（给予常规护理干预）与优质组（给予优质护理干预），每组28人，通过给予不同的护理方式，比较其护理效果。结果 优质组患者术后各项指标均短于常规组；优质组各项临床护理效果评分均高于常规组；优质组患者术后并发症发生率远低于常规组；优质组患者心理健康、身体健康、社会功能、物质生活各项评分均优于常规组，（P＜0.05）。结论 临床治疗食管裂孔疝患者中，进行腹腔镜疝修补术，给予患者优质护理，临床护理效果显著，可有效改善患者预后，利于术后快速康复，护理满意度较高，可良好控制护患纠纷的发生，临床可广泛应用推广。

Abstract

Objective This article will explore the nursing methods of laparoscopic repair of hiatal hernia in order to improve patient prognosis.
Methods 56 patients with esophageal hiatal hernia admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects, with a period of January 2022 to January 2023. According to the voluntary allocation of patients, they were divided into a conventional group (receiving routine nursing intervention) and a high-quality group (receiving high-quality nursing intervention), with 28 people in each group. The nursing effects were compared by providing different nursing methods.
Results The postoperative indicators of the high-quality group were shorter than those of the conventional group; The clinical nursing effectiveness scores of the high-quality group were higher than those of the conventional group; The incidence of postoperative complications in the high-quality group was much lower than that in the conventional group; The psychological health, physical health, social function, and material life scores of the high-quality group patients were better than those of the conventional group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the clinical treatment of patients with esophageal hiatal hernia, laparoscopic hernia repair is performed and high-quality care is provided to the patients. The clinical nursing effect is significant, which can effectively improve the patient's prognosis, facilitate rapid postoperative recovery, and have high nursing satisfaction. It can effectively control the occurrence of nurse patient disputes and can be widely applied and promoted in clinical practice.
