基于家庭参与式护理模式的新生儿抚触的效果分析

摘要

目的 研究对新生儿在其护理工作中应用实施基于家庭参与式护理模式的新生儿抚触护理时所展现的实施效果与实施价值。方法 本次研究的病例数为150例，他们均来自于2023年2月-2023年7月期间我院收治护理的新生儿，根据奇偶数随机原则将其分为对照组和观察组，分别应用常规护理干预和基于家庭参与式护理模式的新生儿抚触护理，并对两组住院产妇满意度、临床指标、不良反应发生率进行评价分析。结果 经干预后观察组住院孕产妇满意度更高，皮疹、腹泻以及高热在内的不良反应发生率更低，且新生儿胎便排出时间更早、排便次数更多。组间数值P＜0.05，说明存在对比意义。结论 对新生儿在其护理工作中应用实施基于家庭参与式护理模式的新生儿抚触护理时其临床护理效果显著，能够有效改善新生儿的护理质量和住院产妇满意度，减少新生儿临床不良反应的发生情况，值得在临床上进行推广。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect and value of newborn touch care based on family participatory care model in the care of newborns.
Methods The number of cases in this study was 150, all of them were from newborns admitted to our hospital during the period of February 2023-July 2023, and according to the principle of parity randomisation, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, and the routine nursing interventions and the newborn touch care based on the family participatory nursing model were applied respectively, and the satisfaction of the hospitalised mothers, the clinical indexes, and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated and analysed. Analysis.
Results After the intervention, the observation group had higher maternal satisfaction, lower incidence of adverse reactions including rash, diarrhoea and high fever, and the newborns had earlier foetal discharge and more frequent defecation. The values between the groups were P < 0.05, indicating the significance of the comparison.
Conclusion   The clinical nursing effect of neonatal touch care based on family participatory nursing model is remarkable, which can effectively improve the quality of neonatal care and maternal satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of neonatal clinical adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion in the clinic.
