Application effect analysis of nursing intervention in pulmonary function examination of children
护理干预在儿童肺功能检查中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 探究儿童肺功能检查期间，对患儿实行护理工作的效果。方法 将66名儿童设置为研究对象，时间：2022年9月-2023年9月，按照检验的时间均分儿童，分为对照组（常规护理），观察组（优质护理），对儿童的实验数据进行划分并对比。结果 经过对儿童实行护理后，观察组儿童对检查工作配合度高，同时使用的检查时间比较少，检查成功的概率也比较高，家长对护理工作的满意度高，数值比较之后，P<0.05。结论 在儿童对肺功能检验期间，对其运用综合护理，能够使儿童在检验期间的配合度逐渐提高，有效提高儿童的检验成功概率，使其检验时间缩短，并提高护理满意度分值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of nursing during the pulmonary function examination of children.
Methods A total of 66 children were set as research objects from September 2022 to September 2023. According to the test time, the children were evenly divided into control group (routine nursing) and observation group (high-quality nursing). The experimental data of the children were divided and compared.
Results After the implementation of nursing care for children, the children in the observation group had a higher degree of cooperation with the inspection work, while the inspection time was less, the probability of success of the inspection was higher, and the parents had a higher satisfaction with the nursing work, after the comparison of values, P<0.05.
Conclusion   The use of comprehensive nursing during the pulmonary function test can gradually improve the cooperation of children during the test, effectively improve the probability of success of the test, shorten the test time, and improve the score of nursing satisfaction.
