摘要
目的 分析ICU重症患者给予心理护理对护理质量的影响。方法 选取2020年5月至2021年4月ICU收治的重症患者60例，随机分为观察组（加强心理护理）和对照组（常规护理）各30例，对比效果。结果 观察组心理状态评分、ICU停留及住院时间均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组护理质量评分、生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 心理护理可有效改善ICU重症患者心理状态，提升护理质量，价值较高。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of psychological care on the quality of care for critically ill patients in the ICU. Methods Sixty critically ill patients admitted to the ICU from May 2020 to April 2021 were randomly divided into an observation group (with strengthened psychological care) and a control group (with routine care), with 30 patients in each group. The effects were compared. Results The psychological state score, ICU stay, and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); The nursing quality score and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological care can effectively improve the psychological state of critically ill patients in the ICU, enhance the quality of care, and has high value.
