Research on the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing principles and methodsin the rehabilitation nursing of patients with peripheral facial paralysis
中医护理原则和方法在周围性面瘫患者康复护理中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探讨分析中医护理原则和方法在周围性面瘫患者康复护理中的应用效果。方法 于本次研究中纳入76例周围性面瘫患者作为研究对象，根据患者的入院先后顺序分组，将其分配对照组和观察组，每组38例，于对照组内实施常规护理，观察组则需在常规护理基础上增加中医护理，对比两组患者的康复情况。结果 首先，评估两组患者的面神经功能缺损评分，结果显示在干预后，实施中医护理的观察组，其面神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；其次，在护理干预后观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在周围性面瘫患者康复护理中实施中医护理有助于促进面神经功能康复、减轻心理压力。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing principles and methods in the rehabilitation nursing of patients with peripheral facial paralysis.
Methods In this study, 76 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were included as research subjects. According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 38 cases in each group. Routine nursing was implemented in the control group and the observation group It is necessary to add traditional Chinese medicine care on the basis of routine care, and compare the recovery status of the two groups of patients.
Results First, the facial nerve function defect scores of the two groups of patients were evaluated. The results showed that after the intervention, the facial nerve function defect scores of the observation group that implemented traditional Chinese medicine care were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); secondly, after the nursing intervention, the facial nerve function defect scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the rehabilitation care of patients with peripheral facial paralysis can help promote the recovery of facial nerve function and reduce psychological stress.
