The effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative complications and blood pressure in patientswith laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer and hypertension
快速康复护理对腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术并高血压患者术后并发症及血压的影响

摘要

目的 探究快速康复护理对腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术并高血压患者术后并发症及血压的影响。方法 选取2022年1月-2022年12月期间在我院进行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术合并高血压患者90例，按照护理方式不同分为对照组和观察组，每组各45例患者，对照组进行常规护理干预，观察组进行快速康复护理干预，对比两组护理干预后的术后并发症发生率、血压水平和住院时间。结果 观察组护理干预后的术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；观察组护理干预后的血压水平明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；观察组护理干预后的住院时间明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 快速康复护理对腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术并高血压患者术后并发症和血压有显著影响，能够有效地降低术后并发症发生率，改善患者血压水平，缩短住院时间，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative complications and blood pressure in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer with hypertension.
Methods 90 patients with hypertension who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected. They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different nursing methods, with 45 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention. The incidence of postoperative complications, blood pressure levels, and hospital stay after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.
Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group after nursing intervention was significantly lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (p<0.05); The blood pressure level of the observation group after nursing intervention was significantly better than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (p<0.05); The hospitalization time after nursing intervention in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).
Conclusion   Rapid rehabilitation nursing has a significant impact on postoperative complications and blood pressure in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer with hypertension. It can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve patient blood pressure levels, and shorten hospital stay, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
