研究健康管理中心应用个性化、科学化健康教育护理的效果

摘要

目的 针对健康管理中心应用个性化、科学化健康教育护理的效果展开分析。方法 选取2020年1月-2023年1月期间在我院健康管理中心参与健康管理的300例高血压患者作为研究对象，采用数字区间随机法分为对照组和研究组，各150例，对照组采用常规健康教育护理，研究组给予个性化、科学化健康教育护理，比较两组患者健康教育评分、护理质量评分及焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分。结果 研究组疾病知识知晓评分、定期体检意识评分、自我健康管理评分、慢性病预防评分均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；与对照组相比研究组在护患沟通、护理服务态度、服务满意度方面的评分明显更高（P＜0.05）；研究组在SAS、SDS方面的评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在健康管理中心应用个性化、科学化健康教育护理，有利于提高患者对健康体检知识的了解，使其意识到自我健康管理的重要性，同时对提升整体护理质量具有重要价值，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of personalized and scientific health education nursing applied by health management centers.
Methods 300 hypertensive patients who participated in health management at the Health Management Center of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a digital interval method, with 150 patients in each group. The control group received routine health education and nursing care, while the study group received personalized and scientific health education and nursing care. The health education scores, nursing quality scores, and anxiety self-assessment scale (SAS) of the two groups of patients were compared Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) score.
Results The disease knowledge awareness score, regular physical examination awareness score, self health management score, and chronic disease prevention score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the research group scored significantly higher in terms of nurse patient communication, nursing service attitude, and service satisfaction (P<0.05); The scores of SAS and SDS in the research group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of personalized and scientific health education nursing in the health management center is beneficial for improving patients' understanding of health examination knowledge, making them aware of the importance of self health management, and has important value in improving the overall quality of nursing. It is worth promoting and applying.
