Construction and implementation of sensitive indicators for stroke nursing
脑卒中护理敏感指标的构建与实施

摘要

目的 旨在建立一个能够反映卒中患者护理质量的指标体系，以便更好地控制和管理卒中患者的护理质量。方法 选取2022年1月到2023年1月从全国各地的神经内科临床护理、护理管理和医院质量管理领域中精挑细选出24位杰出的专家，进行深入的研究和探讨，基于“结构-过程-结果”理论，对相关文献进行深入的研究，并结合小组讨论，构建了脑卒中护理质量的敏感指标体系，邀请相关专家参与。结果 经过2轮的评估，专家权威系数均达到了0.80、0.81；发现第1轮和第2轮的而Kendall'sW的值则达到了0.316、0.412（P<0.05）；经过精心设计，建立一个脑卒中护理质量敏感指标体系，以确保护理质量。结论 专家的权威性很强，研究成果也可信，由此为脑卒中护理质量的敏感指标体系的建立提供依据。

Abstract

Objective To establish an index system that can reflect the quality of care for stroke patients, so as to better control and manage the quality of care for stroke patients.
Methods From January 2022 to January 2023, 24 outstanding experts in the fields of clinical nursing, nursing management and hospital quality management were selected from all over the country for in-depth research and discussion. Based on the theory of "structure-process - outcome", in-depth research was conducted on relevant literature and combined with group discussion. A sensitive index system of stroke care quality was established and relevant experts were invited to participate.
Results After two rounds of evaluation, the expert authority coefficient reached 0.80 and 0.81. It is found that the value of Kendall'sW in the first and second rounds reaches 0.316 and 0.412 (P<0.05). After careful design, a sensitive index system of stroke care quality was established to ensure the quality of care.
Conclusion   The authority of experts is very strong, and the research results are also credible, which provides a basis for the establishment of sensitive index system of stroke care quality.
