护患沟通在妇产科护理中的应用效果观察分析

摘要

目的 针对护患沟通在妇产科护理中的应用效果展开分析。方法 收集我院妇产科2021年1月-2022年1月100例患者分为对照组（n=50）和研究组（n=50），对照组采用常规护理沟通方式，研究组采用个体化沟通方式，比较两组患者护理期间护理不良事件发生率、护理满意度及护理前后焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分。结果 研究组护理失误、护理投诉、护患冲突、护患纠纷发生率比对照组更低，护理总满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理前，两组患者SAS、SDS评分对无明显差异（p＞0.05），护理后，研究组两项评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 优化妇产科护理中的沟通技巧，有助于进一步了解患者需求，从而提升护理效率与质量，稳定患者情绪，对降低护理不良事件发生率，提高护理满意度有重要价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of nurse patient communication in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.
Methods A total of 100 patients from the Obstetrics and Gynecology department of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were collected and divided into a control group (n=50) and a study group (n=50). The control group used routine nursing communication, while the study group used individualized communication. The incidence of nursing adverse events, nursing satisfaction, and the scores of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.
Results The incidence of nursing errors, nursing complaints, nurse patient conflicts, and nurse patient disputes in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the overall satisfaction with nursing was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); Before nursing, there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups of patients (p>0.05). After nursing, both scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Optimizing communication skills in obstetrics and gynecology nursing can help to further understand patient needs, improve nursing efficiency and quality, stabilize patient emotions, reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events, and improve nursing satisfaction.
