Analysis on the clinical value of flat management mode in the nursing of hepatobiliary surgery
扁平化管理模式在肝胆外科护理中运用的临床价值探析

摘要

目的 分析在肝胆外科护理中扁平化管理模式的应用效果及价值。方法 研究对象共选取400例，均为本院肝胆外科收治的患者，于2021年7月-2023年7月完成选取，依据平分原则分入扁平化管理和常规护理管理的研究组、参照组，各200例，分析相关结果。结果 研究组管理后护理信任度、护理质量和护理满意度均高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 使用扁平化管理模式进行肝胆外科护理管理工作，能够促进护理质量和提高，获取更高的患者信任度和满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect and value of flat management mode in hepatobiliary surgery nursing.
Methods A total of 400 patients were selected from the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery in our hospital. They were selected from July 2021 to July 2023, and were divided into the study group and reference group of flat management and routine nursing management according to the principle of equalization, with 200 cases each. The relevant results were analyzed.
Results Nursing trust, nursing quality and nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The use of flat management mode in the nursing management of hepatobiliary surgery can promote the quality of nursing and improve patients' trust and satisfaction.
