The effect of the one-to-one midwife in obstetric care
产科护理中应用助产士一对一全程陪伴分娩人性化护理模式的效果

摘要

目的 就产妇分娩提供人性化护理模式指导，结合助产士一对一全程陪伴分娩的应用效果进行讨论，提升护理服务质量。方法 将2021年1月至2022年12月收入本院的200例产妇作为研究对象，按干预措施的不同均分为100例/组。对照组为常规护理，观察组为助产士一对一全程陪伴分娩人性化护理模式，针对分娩的实际情况进行调研分析。结果 从数据可见，观察组产妇产程用时均短于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。此外，在护理期间针对产妇产后焦虑和抑郁情绪得到缓解，以观察组低于对照组，对比差异显著。同时，在护理满意度评价中，观察组产妇为96.0%，高于对照组的88.0%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对产妇实施助产士一对一全程陪伴分娩人性化护理模式，有助于给予产妇更多安全性保障，安抚产妇焦虑情绪，缩短分娩的总产程，防止产妇伴有产后抑郁等情绪问题，故具备一定推广、应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To provide the guidance of humanized nursing mode, discuss the application effect of one-to-one accompanying delivery, and improve the quality of nursing service.
Methods: 200 maternal cases from January 2021 to December 2022 were included as the study subjects and divided into 100 cases / group according to different interventions. The control group is routine nursing, and the observation group is a one-to-one humanized nursing mode, and investigated and analyzed the actual situation of childbirth.
Results: According to the data, the labor time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, which was statistically significant (P <0.05). In addition, the maternal postpartum anxiety and depression were relieved during the care period, so that the observation group was lower than the control group, and the contrast difference was significant. At the same time, in the evaluation of nursing satisfaction, the observation group was 96.0%, higher than 88.0% in the control group, and the difference was significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : The implementation of one-to-one humanized care mode for midwives is helpful to give women more safety guarantee, comfort maternal anxiety, shorten the total labor process of childbirth, and prevent postpartum depression and other emotional problems, so it has certain promotion and application value.
