探究人性化护理干预对急诊科患者心理状态和满意度的影响

摘要

目的 探究对急诊科患者应用人性化护理干预对患者心理状态和满意度的影响效果。方法 以我院收治的急诊科患者80例为本次研究对象,时间为2021年2月至2023年2月期间,依照数字随机表法,将研究对象平均分为对照组(n=40)和实验组(n=40),实施常规护理归为对照组,实施人性化护理归为实验组,对比两组护理前后患者心理状态评分(SAS焦虑评分和SDS抑郁评分)、患者护理满意度、护患纠纷事件及护理风险事件发生率。结果 实施护理前,两组心理状态评分对比差异不明显(P>0.05),护理干预后,再对SAS量表和SDS量表进行评价,结果显示实验组两项量表评分结果均更低,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);对护理满意度进行对比可见,实验组患者对护理的满意度更高,差异存在统计学意义(χ2=5.000,P=0.025);实验组护患纠纷发生率(2.50%)和护理风险事件发生率(0.00%)均比对照组低(17.50%和10.00%)(χ2=4.211、P=0.040;χ2=5.000、P=0.025)。结论 在急诊科护理中,实施人性化护理干预效果显著,有利于改善急诊患者的负面情绪,搭建良好护患关系,消减护理风险事件和护患纠纷发生情况,而且患者对此护理模式更满意,具有较高推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of applying humanized nursing intervention on patients' psychological state and satisfaction.
Methods: 80 patients admitted to our hospital as the study from February 2021 to 2 February 2023, according to the data were divided into control group (n=40) and experimental group (n=40), routine nursing into control group, humanized nursing into the experimental group, psychological state score (SAS anxiety score and SDS depression score), patient nursing satisfaction, nursing disputes, and nursing risk events.
Results: Before the implementation of the nursing care, The difference between the two groups (P> 0.05), After the nursing intervention, Then evaluate the SAS scale and SDS scale, The results showed lower scores of both scales in the experimental group, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); A comparison of nursing satisfaction shows that, Patients in the experimental group were higher in their satisfaction with the care, The difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.000, P=0.025); The incidence of nurse-patient disputes (2.50%) and the incidence of nursing risk events (0.00%) were lower than that of the control group (17.50% and 10.00%) (χ2=4.211, P=0.040; χ2=5.000, P=0.025).
Conclusion  : In the emergency department nursing, the implementation of humanized nursing intervention has a remarkable effect, which is conducive to improving the negative emotions of emergency patients, building a good nurse-patient relationship, reducing the occurrence of nursing risk events and nurse-patient disputes, and patients are more satisfied with this nursing mode, which has high promotion value.
