Application of health education in nursing of foot and ankle surgical patients
健康教育在足踝外科病人护理中的应用

摘要

目的 观察分析在足踝外科患者护理中实施健康教育的效果。方法 选取84例足踝外科患者作为研究对象，均为足踝外科在2023年2月至2023年9月期间收治，对其行手术治疗。为达成研究目的，将84例患者分配两个小组，即对照组、观察组，分别对其实施常规护理、健康教育护理，比较两组的护理效果。结果 首先评估分析了两组患者的病情认知度评分，包括“用药注意事项”“疾病基本知识”和“疾病发展因素”，据悉观察组患者以上病情认知度评分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；其次评估比较了两组患者的依从性以及心理状态评分，结果显示观察组以上指标均更优（P＜0.05）。结论 在足踝外科护理中实施健康教育有助于提升患者对疾病的认知深度，可提高依从性、减轻不良情绪。

Abstract

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of health education in the nursing of foot and ankle surgery patients.
Methods 84 patients with foot and ankle surgery were selected as the study objects, all of whom were admitted to the foot and ankle surgery department from February to September in 2023, and underwent surgical treatment. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, 84 patients were assigned to two groups, namely the control group and the observation group, respectively to implement routine nursing and health education nursing, and compare the nursing effects of the two groups.
Results First, the disease awareness scores of the two groups were evaluated and analyzed, including "medication precautions", "basic disease knowledge" and "disease development factors". It was reported that the above disease awareness scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Secondly, the compliance and psychological status scores of the two groups were evaluated and compared, and the results showed that the above indexes in the observation group were better (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of health education in foot and ankle surgical nursing is helpful to improve patients' cognitive depth of disease, improve compliance and reduce adverse emotions.
