Application of comprehensive nursing in perioperative period of radical treatment of lung cancer
综合护理在肺癌根治患者围手术期中的应用

摘要

目的 研究分析，肺癌患者在接受根治术后，将综合护理应用于患者护理中的效果，探讨临床可用性与护理价值。方法 将本院2021年10月到2022年10月收治的肺癌根治术患者100例纳入研究，分组实施数字奇偶法，各50例。对照组给予基于常规手术护理，观察组采用基于综合护理方法，比较两组护理前后负面情绪评分、生活质量、恢复时间、并发症发生率。结果 对比两组患者生活质量，观察组较佳，（P＜0.05）。对比两组患者心理状况，观察组较佳，（P＜0.05）。对比两组患者恢复时间，观察组较佳，（P＜0.05）。结论 肺癌在临床上发病后需要研究人员引起重视，并针对患者的个体特点开展对应的治疗方案。而选择手术治疗是提高患者治疗质量的关键，研究人员需要针对患者的病情特点进行分析，将现代化的综合护理干预，能够从多个方面给予患者有效的护理，使患者的康复质量得到保障，并在一定程度上降低并发症的发生率，使患者后续治疗工作顺利开展，保障肺癌患者的病情康复。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with lung cancer after radical surgery, and explore the clinical availability and nursing value.
Methods A total of 100 patients with lung cancer undergoing radical surgery from October 2021 to October 2022 were enrolled in the study, and 50 patients were divided into two groups, each with digital parity method. The control group was given routine surgery based nursing, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The negative emotion score, quality of life.
Results The quality of life of the two groups was better in the observation group (P<0.05). The psychological status of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). The recovery time of the two groups was better in the observation group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   After the onset of lung cancer in clinic, researchers should pay attention to it and develop corresponding treatment programs according to the individual characteristics of patients. The selection of surgical treatment is the key to improve the treatment quality of patients. Researchers need to analyze the characteristics of patients' conditions, and modern comprehensive nursing intervention can provide effective care to patients from multiple aspects to ensure the quality of patients' rehabilitation, and reduce the incidence of complications to a certain extent, so that the follow-up treatment of patients can be carried out smoothly and ensure the rehabilitation of patients with lung cancer.
