摘要
目的 探究分析探讨温馨助产服务模式用于产房助产护理的效果。方法 选取于2021年1月至2022年12月，院内产妇共102例，作为本次研究对象。根据产妇的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将102例产妇随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规产房助产护理，观察组采用温馨助产服务模式进行干预。对比两组的心理状态；产程时间以及自然分娩率。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 落实产房助产护理的过程中，灵活的应用温馨助产服务模式对产妇进行干预，能够显著改善其心理状态；产程时间以及自然分娩率，值得推广与应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of warm midwifery service model used in the delivery room midwifery nursing. Methods A total of 102 parturients in the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as subjects of this study. According to the number of maternal admission sequence, using the way of random number grouping, 102 cases of maternal randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received conventional midwifery nursing, and the observation group received warm midwifery service mode for intervention. The psychological state of the two groups was compared. Duration of labor and rate of natural delivery. Results The observation group was superior to the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion In the process of implementing midwifery nursing in the delivery room, the flexible application of warm midwifery service mode can significantly improve the psychological state of paraencia. The duration of labor and the rate of natural delivery are worthy of promotion and application.
