Mental health survey and related factors analysis of medical staff in quarantine hotel in Fengxian District during the COVID-19 outbreak
新冠肺炎疫情期间奉贤区隔离酒店医务人员的心理健康调查及相关因素分析

摘要
目的 了解新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)流行期间隔离酒店一线医务人员的心理情况现状,为新冠肺炎疫情防控期间一线医务人员的心理危机干预及社会支持提供科学依据,同时为今后加强突发公共卫生事件过程中医务人员心理卫生积极应对积累经验。方法 采用问卷星的形式进行调查。对参加奉贤区15家隔离酒店的一线社区卫生服务中心医务人员进行心理健康调查,采用的调查表包括一般资料调查、广泛性焦虑量表、抑郁症状群量表、新冠肺炎疫情防控医务工作者心理状况调查问卷、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表,运用t检验和方差分析进行差异比较。结果 638名医务人员中新冠肺炎疫情防控医务工作者心理状况调查问卷的调查结果为中水平418名,高水平220名,总体得分为54.18±8.61分;焦虑情况调查中,没有焦虑的394名,轻度焦虑188名,中度焦虑39名,重度焦虑17名,总体得分为3.82±4.30分;抑郁情况调查中,没有抑郁的367名,轻微抑郁202名,中重度抑郁19名,重度抑郁10名,总体得分为4.66±4.85分;睡眠情况调查中,睡眠情况很好的338名,睡眠还行的208名,睡眠一般的80名,睡眠很差的12名,总体得分为6.02±3.95分。结论 奉贤区隔离酒店工作一线社区卫生服务中心的医务人员普遍存在焦虑抑郁,睡眠质量下降等心理问题,尤其以接触过阳性患者,进入隔离酒店次数较多,进点间隔时间较短的医务人员出现的负面情绪较严重,需要对其进行积极干预,有针对性的心理辅导,适当增加工作人员,减少频繁进点,从而有效地缓解心理焦虑抑郁等负面情绪,避免对一线医务人员的身心带来更大的影响。

Abstract
Objective To understand the current psychological situation of front-line medical staff in isolation hotels during the epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia (novel coronavirus pneumonia), to provide scientific basis for the psychological crisis intervention and social support of front-line medical staff during the prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia, and to accumulate experience for strengthening the mental health response of medical staff in the process of public health emergencies in the future. Methods Questionnaire star was used to investigate. The mental health survey was conducted among the medical staff of the first-line community health service center participating in 15 isolation hotels in Fengxian District. The questionnaires used included general data survey, generalized anxiety scale, depressive symptom group scale, psychological status questionnaire of medical workers for COVID-19 prevention and control, and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale. The difference was compared by T-test and variance analysis. Results Among 638 medical workers, 418 were at medium level and 220 were at high level. The overall score was 54.18±8.61 points. In the anxiety survey, 394 patients had no anxiety, 188 had mild anxiety, 39 had moderate anxiety, and 17 had severe anxiety. The overall score was 3.82±4.30 points. In the depression survey, 367 subjects were not depressed, 202 were slightly depressed, 19 were moderately and severely depressed, and 10 were severely depressed, with the overall score of 4.66±4.85. In the survey, 338 slept well, 208 slept moderately, 80 slept moderately, and 12 slept poorly, with an overall score of 6.02±3.95. Conclusion The medical staff in the front-line community health service center of Fengxian District isolation hotel generally have psychological problems such as anxiety, depression and decreased sleep quality. Especially, the medical staff who have been in contact with positive patients, enter the isolation hotel more often, and the time between entry is short, have more serious negative emotions. Active intervention and targeted psychological counseling are needed for them. Appropriately increase the number of staff, reduce frequent entry, so as to effectively relieve psychological anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, to avoid a greater impact on the physical and mental health of front-line medical staff.
