全程健康教育护理模式在内分泌科糖尿病护理工作中的效果及应用价值

摘要

目的 本文主要针对内分泌科糖尿病患者采纳全程健康教育护理模式的临床效果进行分析,并验证其价值所在。方法 实验时间介于2022年1月---2023年1月期间内进行,以我院该期间收治内分泌科糖尿病患者为实验入组样本,挑选其中2838例,运用奇偶数数字分组方法,将所有患者均分为两组,奇数组1419例患者采纳全程健康教育护理模式即为研究组,偶数组1419例患者采纳常规护理即为对照组,统计整理干预后两组患者治疗依从性、健康知识掌握度、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、护理满意度各项数据结果。结果 采纳全程健康教育护理模式的研究组患者治疗依从性数据(19.54±0.51)、健康知识掌握度(93.01±5.23)均高于另一组治疗依从性数据(16.98±0.59)、健康知识掌握度(75.1±3.219),差异显示P<0.05。空腹血糖(6.12±0.21)、餐后2小时血糖(8.01±0.57)优于另一组空腹血糖(7.24±0.61)、餐后2小时血糖(9.74±1.04),差异P<0.05。护理满意度数据高达(98.73%)相比另一组(82.87%)体现较高差异P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论 全程健康教育护理模式有利于内分泌科糖尿病患者改善健康知识掌握,提高治疗依从性,促进血糖平稳,体现良好应用价值,建议大力度推广。

Abstract

Objective This paper mainly analyzes the clinical effect of adopting the whole-process health education and nursing mode for diabetes patients of endocrinology department, and verifies its value.
Methods the experiment time between January 2022-during January 2023, the period to our endocrine diabetes patients for the experimental sample, select 2838 cases, using the even number grouping method, all patients are divided into two groups, base group 1419 patients as research group, even group 1419 patients adopt routine care is the control group, statistical sorting intervention after the two groups of patients treatment compliance, health knowledge, fasting blood glucose, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, nursing satisfaction data outcome.
Results Patient treatment compliance data (19.54 ± 0.51) and health knowledge mastery (93.01 ± 5.23) were higher than the other group of treatment compliance data (16.98 ± 0.59) and health knowledge mastery (75.1 ± 3.219), showing P <0.05. Fasting glucose (6.12 ± 0.21) and 2-hour postprandial glucose (8.01 ± 0.57) were better than the other group (7.24 ± 0.61) and 2-hour postprandial glucose (9.74 ± 1.04) with a difference of P <0.05. The nursing satisfaction data (98.73%) were higher than P <0.05 compared to the other group (82.87%).
Conclusion   The whole-process health education and nursing mode is beneficial to improve the mastery of health knowledge for endocrinology diabetes patients, improve the treatment compliance, promote the stability of blood glucose, and reflect the good application value. It is suggested to promote it vigorously.
