Evaluation of the effect of dragon cupping technique on relieving cough symptomsin patients with COVID-19
火龙罐技术缓解新冠患者咳嗽症状的效果评价

摘要

目的 分析火龙罐技术缓解新冠患者咳嗽症状的效果。方法 选择我院2022年12月-2023年2月新冠患者共70例，住院号单双法随机分2组每组35例，对照组的患者给予常规治疗，观察组在该基础上增加火龙罐技术。比较两组咳嗽症状缓解时间、咳嗽症状消失时间、治疗前后患者肺功能指标、生活质量评分、总有效率、不良反应。结果 观察组咳嗽症状缓解时间、咳嗽症状消失时间短于对照组，治疗后患者肺功能指标、生活质量评分高于对照组，总有效率高于对照组，P＜0.05。两组治疗过程不良反应未见，P＞0.05。结论 常规联合火龙罐技术对于新冠的治疗效果确切，可有效改善患者咳嗽症状，提高患者的生活质量，缩短症状消失时间，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyse the effect of fire dragon pot technique to relieve cough symptoms in patients with new crown.
Methods A total of 70 patients with new crowns were selected from December 2022 to February 2023 in our hospital, and the hospital number was randomly divided into 2 groups of 35 cases each by single and double method, and the patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, and the observation group added the fire dragon pot technique on the basis of this. Conclusion   Conventional combined with the fire dragon pot technology for the treatment of the new crown of the effect of the new crown is accurate, can effectively improve the patients' cough symptoms, improve the patient's quality of life. quality, shorten the time of symptom disappearance, worth promoting.
