Perioperative nursing strategy of total hysterectomy for adenomyosis
子宫腺肌症全子宫切除术的围术期护理对策探讨

摘要

目的 探讨子宫腺肌症全子宫切除术的有效围术期护理方法与效果。方法 2019年5月-2022年5月本科接诊子宫腺肌症病人110名，都予以全子宫切除治疗。随机均分2组：实验组采取综合护理，对照组行常规护理。对比SDS评分等指标。结果 关于SDS和SAS评分，在干预结束时：实验组数据分别是（29.14±2.35）分、（31.05±3.24）分，和对照组数据（42.83±4.27）分、（44.92±5.86）分之间的差异显著（P＜0.05）。并发症：实验组发生率1.82%，和对照组数据12.73%之间的差异显著（P＜0.05）。sf-36评分：在干预结束时，实验组数据（87.14±3.08）分，和对照组数据（81.53±4.27）分之间的差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 子宫腺肌症全子宫切除术用综合护理，负性情绪缓解更为迅速，并发症发生率更低，生活质量提升更加明显。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effective perioperative nursing methods and effects of total hysterectomy for adenomyosis.
Methods From May 2021 to May 2022, 110 patients with adenomyosis were treated with total hysterectomy. They were randomly divided into 2 groups: the experimental group received comprehensive nursing, and the control group received routine nursing. Compare SDS score and other indicators.
Results At the end of the intervention, the scores of SDS and SAS in the experimental group were (29.14±2.35) and (31.05±3.24), respectively, and the scores of the control group were (42.83±4.27) and (44.92±5.86), respectively (P < 0.05). Complications The incidence of experimental group was 1.82%, which was significantly different from that of control group (12.73%) (P < 0.05). Sf-36 score: At the end of intervention, there was a significant difference between the experimental group (87.14±3.08) score and the control group (81.53±4.27) score (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : Comprehensive nursing for total hysterectomy of adenomyosis can relieve negative emotions more quickly, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of life more obviously.
