摘要
目的 讨论及研究为患者进行体外循环心脏术后，出现精神障碍的相关因素，并进行分析以提供相关护理对策。方法 参与本次研究患者数量为87例，时间为2022年1月份至2022年12月份，回顾性分析为该类患者提供体外循环心脏术后其精神障碍情况，以及相关护理措施。结果 经过治疗有23例患者出现了谵妄，剩余患者经过治疗顺利出院，精神障碍发生率为26.44%。结论 体外循环心脏术后的患者出现精神障碍与多种因素有关，需要具体分析，应考虑提供有效的护理措施，可提高治愈的机率，促进疾病的愈后。

Abstract
Objective To discuss and study the related factors of mental disorders after cardiopulmonary bypass surgery for patients, and to analyze the relevant nursing countermeasures. Methods A total of 87 patients participated in this study from January 2022 to December 2022. A retrospective analysis was conducted to provide mental disorders and related nursing measures for these patients after cardiopulmonary bypass. Results There were 23 patients with delirium after treatment, and the remaining patients were discharged smoothly after treatment. The incidence of mental disorders was 26.44%. Conclusion Mental disorders in patients after cardiopulmonary bypass surgery are related to a variety of factors. Specific analysis is needed, and effective nursing measures should be considered to improve the rate of cure and promote the recovery of the disease.
