Observation on the effect of quality nursing care applied to the care of patients with prostatic hyperplasia
优质护理应用于前列腺增生患者护理中的效果观察

摘要

目的 研究分析在前列腺增生患者护理中应用优质护理的临床效果。方法 于我院男科中随机抽取50例前列腺增生患者作为研究对象，并根据50例患者的入院顺序分组为对照组、观察组，并分别对其实施常规护理、优质护理，对比不同护理模式下两组患者的心理状态、并发症情况以及护理满意度。结果 选用焦虑评估量表（SAS）、抑郁评估量表（SDS）评估了两组患者的心理状态，据悉在优质护理实施下观察组患者SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；其次，观察组并发症发生率及护理满意度也更优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 将优质护理用于前列腺增生患者护理中可减轻其心理压力、降低并发症风险并提高护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of high quality nursing in the nursing of patients with prostate hyperplasia.
Methods Fifty patients with prostate hyperplasia were randomly selected from the andrology department of our hospital as the research object, and were divided into control group and observation group according to the admission order of the 50 patients, and routine nursing and high-quality nursing were respectively administered to them, and the psychological state, complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared under different nursing modes.
Results Anxiety rating Scale (SAS) and Depression Rating Scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the psychological state of the two groups of patients. It was reported that the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group under the implementation of high-quality nursing (P < 0.05). Secondly, the complication rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Using high quality nursing in the nursing of patients with prostatic hyperplasia can alleviate their psychological stress, reduce the risk of complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
