精细化管理在手术室护理中对护理质量及感染率的影响研究

摘要

目的 探究分析精细化管理在手术室护理中对护理质量及感染率的影响。方法 选取于2021年12月至2022年12月，至我院接受手术的患者共30例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将30例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规管理模式进行干预；观察组采用精细化管理模式进行干预。对比分析两组的护理质量；护理满意度；感染率。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 在对接受手术的患者进行干预的过程中，采用精细化管理模式进行干预，能够显著改善护理质量以及感染率，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of fine management on nursing quality and infection rate in operating room nursing.
Methods A total of 30 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the number of admission sequences of patients, 30 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number grouping. The control group used the usual management mode for intervention; The observation group adopted a refined management model for intervention. The quality of care in the two groups was compared and analysed; satisfaction with care; Infection.
Results The observation group was better than the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   In the process of intervention in patients undergoing surgery, the use of refined management mode for intervention can significantly improve the quality of nursing and infection rate, and has excellent results in the actual application process, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
