Study on the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on motor and intellectual development of children with cerebral palsy
综合性护理干预对脑瘫患儿运动和智力发育的影响研究

摘要

目的 探讨综合性护理干预对脑瘫患儿运动和智力发育的影响。方法 将我院2021年1月-2022年12月40例脑瘫患儿，抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，观察组实施综合性护理干预。比较两组护理前后运动和智力发育情况。结果 干预前，盖泽尔发育诊断量表（GDDS）评分组间无明显差异，P>0.05；干预后，观察组盖泽尔发育诊断量表（GDDS）评分显著高于对照组，P<0.05。干预前两组患儿运动发育指数与运动粗分得分组间无明显差异，P>0.05；干预后两组患儿运动发育指数与运动粗分得分均显著升高，且观察组远高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 脑瘫患儿实施综合性护理干预效果确切，可有效促进患儿运动和智力发育，值得推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on motor and intellectual development of children with cerebral palsy.
Methods: From January 2021 to December 2022, 40 children with cerebral palsy in our hospital were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. Compare the motor and intellectual development of the two groups before and after nursing.
Results: Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of the Geitzer Development Diagnostic Scale (GDDS) among the groups (P>0.05); After intervention, the score of the observation group on the Geitzer developmental diagnostic scale (GDDS) was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups in motor development index and gross motor score (P>0.05); After intervention, the motor development index and gross motor score of children in both groups were significantly increased, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The comprehensive nursing intervention for children with cerebral palsy has a definite effect and can effectively promote their motor and intellectual development, which is worthy of promotion and application.
