摘要
目的 分析护理干预对弥漫性轴索损伤患者预后的影响。方法 选取我院收治的64例弥漫性轴索损伤患者作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（32例，使用常规护理）和观察组（32例，使用针对性护理），对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用针对性护理后，其格拉斯哥预后评分（GOS）、并发症发生率、护理满意度均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对弥漫性轴索损伤患者采用针对性护理，可有效促进其良好预后，降低并发症风险，提高护理满意度。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of nursing interventions on the prognosis of patients with diffuse axonal injury. Methods 64 patients with diffuse axonal injury admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group (32 cases, using routine care) and an observation group (32 cases, using targeted care) according to the random number table method. Analyze the nursing outcomes of both groups. Results Both groups of patients achieved certain results after receiving care, but the observation group showed better Glasgow Outcome Scale (GOS), incidence of complications, and nursing satisfaction compared to the control group after receiving targeted care, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted care for patients with diffuse axonal injury can effectively promote a good prognosis, reduce the risk of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
