在基层卫生院如何做好临终关怀护理

摘要

目的 探讨在基层卫生院如何做好临终关怀护理。方法 选取我院最近两年来收治的26例肿瘤患者作为研究对象，随机分成两组，对照组为13例，对照组采用常规的护理方式；对13例实验组患者进行了临终关怀护理。在实验期间，比较两组患者的护理效果有效率、生活质量、负性情绪和对护理措施的满意度。结果 通过对2组患者的观察，两组患者的观察有效率分别为92.31%和69.23%，在统计学上存在着非常明显的差别， P<0.05；从生活质量得分来看，实验组患者的生活质量显著好于对照组患者（P<0.05）；患者的抑郁与焦虑自我评价量表得分表明，实验组患者的消极情绪比对照组患者的积极情绪有明显的改善， P<0.05；采用问卷调查的方式，对患者对护理的满意度进行了调查，结果显示，实验组患者的满意度为84.62%，与对照组患者的53.65%比较，有明显的优势， P<0.05。结论 对癌症患者进行临终关怀护理，可以有效地改善患者的生活质量和负性情感，具有较好的临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore how to do hospice nursing in primary hospitals.
Methods 26 cancer patients admitted to our hospital in the last two years were selected as the study objects, and were randomly divided into two groups. Control group had 13 cases, using conventional nursing methods; Hospice care was given to 13 patients in the experimental group. During the experiment period, the nursing effectiveness, quality of life, negative emotion and satisfaction with nursing measures were compared between the two groups.
Results Through the observation of the two groups of patients, the observed effective rate of the two groups of patients were 92.31% and 69.23%, there was a statistically significant difference, P<0.05; The quality of life of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of the depression and anxiety self-rating scale showed that the negative emotions of the experimental group were significantly improved than the positive emotions of the control group (P<0.05); By means of questionnaire survey, the satisfaction of patients on nursing was investigated. The results showed that the satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 84.62%, compared with 53.65% of patients in the control group, there was a significant advantage, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Hospice nursing for cancer patients can effectively improve the quality of life and negative emotion of patients, and has better clinical application value.
