预警式评分系统护理在老年骨折患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析预警式评分系统护理在老年骨折患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年3月至2021年9月我院的60例老年骨折患者，随机分为试验组（30例）和参考组（30例），试验组采用预警式评分系统护理，参考组采用常规护理，对比两组风险事件发生率、患者满意率情况。结果 试验组未发生下肢静脉血栓、跌倒，仅发生坠床和压疮各1例，风险事件率为6.67%，参考组发生下肢静脉血栓、跌倒各2例，坠床和压疮各3例，风险事件率为33.33%，试验组老年骨折患者风险事件发生率显著低于参考组（P<0.05），试验组手术者对本次手术室护理的总满意率为96.67%，参考组手术者对本次手术室护理的总满意率为80.00%，试验组手术者总满意率明显高于参考组（P<0.05）。结论 预警式评分系统护理在老年骨折患者中具有良好的应用效果，可有效减少各种风险事件，提高患者的满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of early-warning scoring system nursing in elderly patients with fracture.
Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with fracture in our hospital from March 2021 to September 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group (30 cases) and reference group (30 cases). The experimental group received early warning scoring system nursing, and the reference group received routine nursing. The incidence of risk events and satisfaction rate of patients were compared between the two groups.
Results There was no lower limb venous thrombosis and fall in the experimental group, only 1 case of falling bed and 1 case of pressure sore each, and the risk event rate was 6.67%; in the reference group, there were 2 cases of falling bed and 3 cases of pressure sore each, and the risk event rate was 33.33%. The incidence of risk event in elderly fracture patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was 96.67%, and the total satisfaction rate of patients in the reference group was 80.00%, and the total satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Early warning scoring system nursing in elderly patients with fracture has a good application effect, can effectively reduce various risk events, improve patient satisfaction.
