Effect of humanistic care on negative emotions and nursing satisfaction of patientswith digestive tract malignant tumor
人文关怀护理对消化道恶性肿瘤患者负面情绪及护理满意度的影响

摘要

目的 就人文关怀护理对消化道恶性肿瘤的临床效果予以观察分析，进而缓解患者的负面情绪和治疗压力，提升护理满意度。方法 将2022年1月到2022年6月收入本院的280例消化道恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象，按干预措施的不同均分为140例/组。对照组为常规护理，观察组为人文关怀护理，对比护理成果。结果 从数据可见，护理之后观察组患者的SDS评分以及SAS评分要显著优于对照组，组间对比差异显著有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。此外，观察组在护理满意度评分的各个项目上均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 针对消化道恶性肿瘤患者，为其实施人文关怀护理的有效性良好，将患者的悲观、低落情绪进行缓解，且提升了患者对治疗的信心，护理满意度较高，具备一定推广、应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of humanistic care and nursing on digestive tract malignant tumors, so as to relieve patients' negative emotions and treatment pressure and improve nursing satisfaction.
Methods A total of 280 patients with gastrointestinal malignancies admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into 140 cases/group according to different intervention measures. The control group was routine nursing, the observation group was humanistic care nursing, and the nursing results were compared.
Results It can be seen from the data that after nursing, the SDS score and SAS score of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). In addition, the observation group was higher than the control group in all items of nursing satisfaction score, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with digestive tract malignant tumor, the implementation of humanistic care nursing effectiveness is good, which will alleviate patients' pessimism, low mood, and enhance patients' confidence in treatment. Nursing satisfaction is high, with a certain promotion and application value.
