Observation on the effect of humanized nursing in the process of protective restraint treatmentfor psychotic patients
人性化护理在精神病患者保护性约束治疗过程中的效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨分析在针对保护性约束精神病患者进行护理时，将人文关怀护理应用于患者护理中的效果，分析临床可应用价值。方法 研究在进行设置时，实验时间段调整为2022年1月～2022年11月录入该时段内，我院中收入资料登记有效的200名精神分裂症患者作为研究对象，所有患者接受一定的治疗后，处于恢复期内。对患者进行治疗时，护理人员针对患者的个体状况进行评估，分析患者的基本资料后，录入Excel表格，进行两组随机均分，分别记名为对照组（n=100）与实验组（n=100）。对照组内的患者选择常规护理。实验组则应用常规护理，配合人文关怀护理，分析患者在接受护理时的效果。结果 护理完成后，实验组内患者的恢复指标明显更优，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 精神分裂症患者的生理和心理状态，甚至是精神状态都相对存在问题，患者在接受护理时，医务人员需要根据患者的临床症状开展护理，进而保障患者的治疗工作顺利开展，人文关怀护理在应用过程中能够满足大部分患者的治疗需求，在一定程度上改善患者的睡眠质量和精神状态，有助于使患者治疗效果得到提升。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of applying humanistic care to patient care when nursing patients with protective restraint psychosis, and analyze the clinical applicable value.
Methods When the study was set up, the experimental period was adjusted to January 2022 to November 2022, and 200 schizophrenic patients with valid income data registered in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. All patients were in the recovery period after receiving certain treatment. During the treatment of patients, the nursing staff evaluated the individual status of the patients, analyzed the basic data of the patients, and entered them into an Excel table. These patients were randomly divided into two groups, named as the control group (n=100) and the experimental group (n=100). Patients in the control group chose routine nursing. The experimental group applied routine nursing and humanistic care to analyze the effect of patients receiving nursing.
Results After the completion of nursing, the recovery indexes of patients in the experimental group were significantly better (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The physiological and psychological state, even the mental state, of schizophrenic patients are relatively problematic. When patients receive nursing, medical staff need to carry out nursing according to the clinical symptoms of patients, so as to ensure the smooth development of the treatment of patients. Humanistic care nursing can meet the treatment needs of most patients in the application process, and improve the sleep quality and mental state of patients to a certain extent, which is helpful to improve the treatment effect of patients.
