持续质量改进在肝胆外科临床护理带教中的价值研究

摘要

目的 探讨肝胆外科临床护理带教中应用持续质量改进的价值。方法 选取2020年2月~12月期间,于我院肝胆外科实习的护理实习生,将66名用于本项研究,以数字奇偶法对护生分组教学,33例的对照组护生以常规护理带教为主,另外的33例观察组护生,应用持续质量改进带教,对两组护生的考核成绩、教学认可情况等指标进行分析,比对两组带教的差异。结果 入科前,两组护生的理论知识成绩与实践操作成绩相比,差异不具有统计学意义,(P>0.05),出科后,观察组护生的理论知识成绩、实践操作成绩,与对照组护生相比各项分数更优,(P<0.05);通过两组护生对教学的评价,明显观察组护生对带教模式的认可度更高于对照组护生,(P<0.05)。结论 对于肝胆外科临床护理带教,以持续质量改进的方式进行教学,可提高护生的认可度与学习效果,促进其出科成绩的提升,值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of continuous quality improvement in clinical nursing teaching of hepatobiliary surgery.
Methods From February to December 2020, 66 nursing interns in the Department of hepatobiliary Surgery in our hospital were selected for this study, and the group teaching of nursing students was conducted by digital odd-even method. The 33 nursing students in the control group were mainly taught by routine nursing, and the other 33 nursing students in the observation group were taught by continuous quality improvement. The assessment results and teaching recognition of the nursing students in the two groups were analyzed, and the differences between the two groups were compared.
Results Before entering the department, the theoretical knowledge scores of the two groups did not have statistical significance compared with practical operation scores (P> 0.05). After entering the department, the scores of the observation group were better (P <0.05), and through the evaluation of teaching of 2 groups of nursing students, the recognition of the teaching mode was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   For the clinical nursing teaching of hepatobiliary surgery, the teaching through continuous quality improvement can improve the recognition and learning effect of nursing students, and promote the improvement of their academic performance, which is worthy of promoting.
