Influence of rehabilitation nursing on elderly patients with diabetes
康复护理对老年糖尿病患者的影响

摘要

目的 分析对老年糖尿病患者采用康复护理的临床效果。方法 现将2021年1月至2022年9月期间来我院接受治疗的82例老年糖尿病患者作为本文中分析对象，以电脑随机选取法分成两组开展护理研究，共分成观察组41例和对照组41例，对照组患者采用常规护理管理，给予观察组患者康复护理，将两组护理方案取得的效果进行对比。结果 护理后与对照组各指标结果比较发现，观察组患者对健康知识掌握度、服药依从性和日常自我管理能力均已得到显著提高，两者结果对比存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）；最终观察组患者的血糖控制效果明显优于对照组，组间指标结果对比存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）；患者的生活质量以及对此次护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组，组间指标结果对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 运用康复护理可有效提高临床对老年糖尿病患者的护理管理质量，增强患者的用药依从性和日常自我管理能力，确保患者的血糖指标控制在合理范围内，减少患者并发症发生，减轻疾病对患者健康及生活造成影响。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with diabetes.
Methods Now, 82 elderly patients with diabetes who received treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 are taken as the analysis objects in this paper. The method of computer random selection is divided into two groups to carry out nursing research, a total of 41 cases in the observation group and 41 cases in the control group. Patients in the control group are treated with routine nursing management, and rehabilitation nursing is given to patients in the observation group. The results of the two groups of nursing programs were compared.
Results Compared with the control group after nursing, it was found that the health knowledge mastery, medication compliance and daily self-management ability of patients in the observation group had been significantly improved, and the results were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Finally, the blood glucose control effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and there was statistical significance in the comparison of index results between groups (P < 0.05). The quality of life of patients and the nursing satisfaction score were significantly higher than the control group, the index results between groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the quality of nursing management for elderly patients with diabetes, enhance their medication compliance and daily self-management ability, ensure that the blood sugar index of patients is controlled within a reasonable range, reduce the occurrence of complications, and reduce the impact of the disease on the health and life of patients.
