探讨快速康复外科护理应用于机器人辅助腹腔镜肾肿瘤部分切除术 对患者术后康复效果的影响

摘要

目的 探讨快速康复外科护理应用于机器人辅助腹腔镜肾肿瘤部分切除术对患者术后康复效果。方法 选取2021年7月-2022年7月在我院接受机器人辅助腹腔镜肾肿瘤部分切除术治疗的患者36例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组应用常规护理方式，研究组使用快速康复外科护理模式，干预后对比两组时间指标、心理状态、并发症发生率。结果 研究组首次进食时间、下床时间、住院时间早于对照组，SAS评分、SDS评分及并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 快速康复外科护理以患者为护理工作的中心和重点，通过术前术后优质护理，优化了患者的心理状态，大大降低了他们在手术中的风险，促进术后的康复进程。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing applied in robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy on postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
Methods A total of 36 patients who received robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and study group. The control group used conventional nursing mode, and the study group used rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing mode. After intervention, the time indicators, psychological status, and complication rate of the two groups were compared.
Results The time of first eating, time of getting out of bed and time of hospitalization in the study group were earlier than those in the control group. The SAS score, SDS score and complication rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing takes patients as the center and focus of nursing work. Through high-quality preoperative and postoperative nursing, the psychological state of patients is optimized, their risks in surgery are greatly reduced, and the rehabilitation process after surgery is promoted.
