护理干预对持续非卧床性腹膜透析患者自我管理能力的影响

摘要

目的 分析护理干预用于持续非卧床性腹膜透析中对提升病人自我管理能力的作用。方法 2022年6月-12月本科接诊持续非卧床性腹膜透析病人96名,随机均分2组。试验组采取护理干预,对照组行常规护理。对比自我管理能力等指标。结果 关于腹膜透析认知度,试验组数据(90.52±3.18)分,和对照组数据(69.35±5.37)分相比更高(P<0.05)。关于自我管理能力:干预结束时,试验组数据(85.21±3.79)分,和对照组数据(70.13±4.68)分相比更高(P<0.05)。关于满意度这个指标:试验组数据97.22%,和对照组数据83.33%相比更高(P<0.05)。结论 持续非卧床性腹膜透析用护理干预,病人的自我管理能力提升更加明显,腹膜透析认知度改善更为迅速,满意度也更高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on improving patients' self-management ability in continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis.
Methods A total of 96 undergraduate patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis were admitted from June to December 2022 and randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group received nursing intervention, and the control group received routine nursing. Compare measures such as self-management ability.
Results The awareness of peritoneal dialysis in the experimental group was higher (90.52±3.18) points than that in the control group (69.35±5.37) points (P < 0.05). Self-management ability: At the end of the intervention, the experimental group score (85.21±3.79) was higher than that of the control group (70.13±4.68) (P < 0.05). As for the satisfaction index, the data of the experimental group was 97.22%, which was higher than that of the control group, 83.33% (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Nursing intervention in continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis can improve patients' self-management ability more significantly, improve their awareness of peritoneal dialysis more rapidly, and increase their satisfaction.
