Observation of the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on improving postpartum breast distension
综合护理措施对改善产后乳胀的效果观察

摘要

目的 探究综合护理措施对改善产后乳胀的效果。方法 从我院2021年4月-2022年4月中应用随机法抽取产后出现乳房胀痛的产妇88例，对照组中采用一般产后护理，观察组采用综合护理干预，以对比两组产妇乳房胀痛程度及母乳喂养成功率、两组产妇MBFES、NRS、舒适度及BSES、两组产妇乳房胀痛相关指标、两组护理质量及护理评价作为观察指标。结果 干预后观察组Ⅲ度疼痛为2.38%，对照组为11.90%，产妇疼痛较对照组低，母乳喂养成功率为95.24%高于对照组83.33%，干预后母乳喂养评估量表、舒适度及自我效能评分较对照组高，NRS量表较对照组低，观察组产妇干预后硬结消散时间、乳房胀痛缓解时间、首次泌乳时间较对照组低，泌乳量较对照组高，通过对比后发现观察组健康教育、心理疏导、护理技能、护理评价较对照组高（P<0.05）。结论 在临床中综合护理干预对产后出现乳胀的产妇效果显著，有效缩短产妇泌乳时间，减轻产妇胀痛反应，具有推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on improving postpartum distension.
Methods From April 2021 to April 2022, our hospital used random method of 88 cases of postpartum breast pain. General postpartum care was adopted in the control group, while comprehensive nursing intervention was adopted in the observation group, to compare two groups of maternal breast pain degree and breastfeeding success rate, two groups of maternal MBFES, NRS, comfort and BSES, two groups of maternal breast pain related indicators, two groups of nursing quality and nursing evaluation as an observation index.
Results After the intervention, degree III pain was 2.38% in the observation group and 11.90% in the control group, maternal pain was lower than that in the control group. The success rate of breastfeeding was 95.24%, higher than that in the control group 83.33%, the score of comfort and self-efficacy after intervention was higher than that in the control group, and the NRS scale was lower. After the intervention, the time of induration dissipation, breast tenderness relief and first lactation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the amount of lactation was higher. It was found that the health education, psychological counseling, nursing skills and nursing evaluation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In clinical practice, comprehensive nursing intervention has a significant effect on postpartum breast distension, effectively shortening the lactation time and reducing the reaction of maternal swelling and pain, and has promotion value.
