Nursing effect of touch nursing in blue light treatment of neonatal jaundice
抚触护理在新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗中的护理效果

摘要

目的 分析新生儿黄疸应用蓝光治疗过程中抚触护理的干预效果。方法 纳入我院2020.1-2021.1期间接诊的新生儿黄疸患儿作为本课题研究样本，以随机分组的方式分为实验组及对照组，对照组应用普通常规护理，实验组在常规基础上联合应用抚触护理，对比两组患儿干预前后血清胆红素水平，统计病情恢复时间，对比两组患儿家属护理满意度。结果 经干预后，实验组患儿胆红素指标低于对照组，患儿病情恢复时间较对照组更早，家属护理满意度高达100%，而对照组患儿家属护理满意度仅为83.64%，并且两组数据对比结果（P＜0.05）。结论 新生儿黄疸应用抚触护理有效提升治疗有效率，加快胆红素吸收，促进患儿早日康复。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of touch nursing in the treatment of neonatal jaundice with blue light.
Methods Children with neonatal jaundice treated in our hospital during 2020.1-2021.1 were included as samples of this study, and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group received conventional nursing, while the experimental group received combined touch nursing on the basis of routine. The serum bilirubin level before and after intervention was compared between the two groups, and the recovery time was calculated. The nursing satisfaction of family members of the two groups was compared.
Results After intervention, the bilirubin index of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the recovery time of the children was earlier than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of family members was as high as 100%, while the nursing satisfaction of family members of the control group was only 83.64%, and the data of the two groups were compared (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of touch nursing in neonatal jaundice can effectively improve the treatment efficiency, accelerate the absorption of bilirubin, and promote the early recovery of children.
