摘要
目的 研究分析针对内镜下切除胃肠息肉患者实施强化术后护理的应用价值。方法 本次研究开展时间在2021年1月-2022年2月，选取该时间段内我院收治的80例采取内镜下切除治疗的胃肠息肉患者作为研究对象，按照随机抽签法将患者分为观察组和对照组。比较两组的护理效果。结果 从两组的心理状态和并发症发生情况方面进行比较，在护理后的HAMA评分、HAMD评分和并发症总发生率观察组都要低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在内镜下切除胃肠息肉患者中，采取强化术后护理有着较高的应用价值。

Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the application value of intensive postoperative nursing for patients with gastrointestinal polyps undergoing endoscopic resection. Methods This study was carried out from January 2021 to February 2022. 80 patients with gastrointestinal polyps treated by endoscopic resection in our hospital during this period were selected as the study subjects, and the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the method of drawing lots. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Comparing the psychological status and complications of the two groups, the HAMA score, HAMD score and the total incidence of complications in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with gastrointestinal polyps undergoing endoscopic resection, intensive postoperative care has high application value.
